Bible Plan Readings - Week 10

START IT.

  • When you say something is the G.O.A.T., what are you really saying? Pick something right now that you believe is the "greatest". What makes it the greatest to you?

 SHARE IT.

  • From Sunday's message in LUKE 9 or the Meet Jesus Bible Reading Plan this week, what impacted you the most? Was there a word, phrase, or Bible verse that impacted you? Hint: What did you highlight

  • From this week's readings, what have you learned specifically about Jesus (God)? What is the Bible's view on greatness?

  • Jesus did not merely tell his disciples to serve or put themselves last. He framed his teaching within the idea, “If anyone wants to be first …”. Why did he say it this way?

  • What's the point of greatness, and what is the end goal?

 SHOW IT.

  • Is biblical greatness by accolades or an attitude? What's one example you can think of for biblical greatness?

  • If you want to be great like Jesus, are you willing to find the least desired position and fill it? What needs to be addressed in your heart to make this happen?

  • Who is the most difficult for you to serve? Why? What can you do to serve them this week (don't wait)?

FINAL THOUGHT

  • What kind of servant are you? What 2 words would someone use to describe your service?
