Only A Spotless Lamb

I have good news. Our God is merciful, gracious, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. He forgives our sins. This truth ought to stir our hearts and make us willing and eager to know his commands and obey his commands. God's standard is righteousness, but we fall short. He is a holy God and cannot dwell in darkness. Like the children of Israel, we struggle with sin and drift towards darkness. But with the shed blood of a spotless lamb atonement can be made, and sins are forgiven. We are made right with God. What an indescribable gift!

Final Thought

‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭10 says “In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” Friends, the perfect and final sacrifice was Jesus. Praise God for His complete provision! We have been brought near to God by the blood of Jesus Christ! This is good news!!
